What is SilicolGel
SilicolGel helps to relieve nausea, flatulence, abdominal pain, bowel discomfort & diarrhoea which may be medically
diagnosed IBS symptoms. SILICOL GEL may also be useful to alleviate similar symptoms in the gastrointestinal
tract that may occur due to a change in diet during travel or on holiday.
HOW DOES SILICOL GEL WORK?
SilicolGel physically adsorbs or binds to most irritants and toxins, rendering them harmless so they can be removed and passed through the body naturally. It can also reduce excess acidity and bind to gases which can reduce gassiness.

DIRECTIONS
Shake bottle well before use. Take 1 tablespoon (15 mL) 3 times daily, an hour before meals.
Alternatively, each SilicolGel On-The-Go Sachets contains 1 dose of SilicolGel and can be taken undiluted (i.e. without water). These are perfect to keep discretely in your bag or for travel.
Make sure you leave a gap of at least 1 hour before or after taking other medications.
