Established in 2007, USL Consumer provides a wide breadth of products for retail markets. We service a number of retail segments throughout New Zealand, including Pharmacy, FMCG, Retail Chain Stores, and Specialist Retail.
USL Consumer spans many categories, supplying an expansive portfolio of products from baby care to adult incontinence, natural Dermal Therapy products, first aid and travel products, to specialised compression products. USL Consumer prides itself on servicing the consumers’ needs, with global contacts and supplier partnerships allowing us access to the very latest and best products across many categories; so that our clients can offer their customers innovative, exciting new ranges.
Working closely with other divisions within USL allows USL Consumer to bring many medical grade healthcare products - predominantly used by medical professionals - direct to the consumer. This includes our USL Sport range which offers an exceptional range of sports healthcare products for the prevention, treatment and cure of everyday ailments. These products are used by physios and professionals sports team nationwide. At the other end of the broad product range we sell Hartmann wound care dressings that you would find at GP’s, practise nurses and DHB’s nationwide.

The USL Consumer sales team maintains regular call cycles to keep customers abreast of new products, check in on promotions, and service accounts to make sure that our retailers are maximising their profit margins, and have all the training and information they need to sell products.
We're here to help customers
Our USL Consumer Territory Managers have unlimited access to the 45 strong Sales and Marketing team at USL, comprising of Product Specialists and Marketing Experts. Furthermore, USL has a 14- strong customer services team available 8.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday providing further support. It really is a team effort.
